For years the team behind Dublin Sound Academy have been running events all across Ireland providing live music, DJ’s and events for festivals/bars and clubs. During this period we received questions about getting started in the music industry.

In 2025 we hosted our first beginner workshop for friends and in 2026 we hosted over 20 taster sessions, due to demand we’ve opened up Dublin Sound Academy to provide a friendly space to learn.

Our team consists of event professionals, DJ’s, Sound Engineer and promoters.

We are also going to have a number of guest speakers in to host events throughout each year.

We are working out of a temporary space in Smithfield currently and our new private space will be opened in January 2027.
